Meet our Registered Massage Therapists
Jessica Raedisch, RMT
Jessica graduated from the University of Toronto with a degree in Physical and Health Education in 1990 and received a diploma in Massage Therapy from Sutherland-Chan in 1992. She focuses on enhancing her patients’ quality of life while fostering the healing of injuries through soft-tissue manipulation. Jessica addresses soft tissue anomalies using such Swedish massage techniques as deep tissue and trigger point therapy, fascia and cranial sacral techniques, hydrotherapy, and exercise recommendations. She is the proud mother of two boys.
Rolf Castanheiro, RMT
Rolf graduated with an honors degree in Physical and Health Education from the University of Toronto in 1992. His desire to continue studies in science lead him to the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy where he graduated in 1994. Rolf’s patients have relied on him for treatment of a variety of conditions including sports injuries, repetitive strains, headaches, compression syndromes and pre/post-pregnancy. He believes the success of his practice is due, in a large part, to the support of his lovely wife and two wonderful sons.
